Bulgarians or Romanians who want to work in France must be professionals of the kind France has a shortage of. The list of 62 job types covers seven economic sectors: building, hotels and catering, agriculture, metal work, process industry, commerce and cleaning.
New Europeans who are qualified chefs, waiters, concrete mixers, carpenters, gardeners, rabbit breeders, glass blowers, sales people, or window cleaners (to name but a few) are welcome.
The rest may stay where they are.
