Mr Bigmouth in court - again

Georges Frêche just can't shut up.
Regional president: 'Cars were burned by policemen disguised as muslims'
He has a responsible job as president of the French Languedoc-Roussillon region, but that doesn't stop him from expressing one racial insult after the other.
Last month, Georges Frêche was fined 15,000 euros for calling Algerians who fought with the French during the Algerian independence war "sub-humans". Two days later he got kicked out of the Socialist Party for criticising the amount of non-white players in the French national soccer team.
Today, he's in court for saying nasty things about the police. After the riots in Paris in November 2005, Frêche made the headlines by stating "I'm not sure that muslims set the cars on fire in the suburbs. I wouldn't be surprised if they were policemen disguised as muslims."
Ultimate police boss Nicolas Sarkozy, now candidate for the French presidency, has taken Frêche to court for defamation of a public office.
The maximum fine for this offense is 45,000 euros. Let's wait and see what the court decides..
