Europe's weather is going South

Many alarming articles are doing the round about the rapid change in climate. This map is interesting because it makes the problem very visible.
The map projects the climate in Europe in 2071. It shows the equivalent climate cities can expect 64 years from now.
Most European cities will have a Southern-Mediterranean or North-African climate. Londoners won't have to go to the Algave anymore; they will have a Portuguese climate at home. Paris weather will resemble that of the Extremadura, in the interior of the Iberian peninsula. Berlin will be even hotter, with an Algerian climate.
The map was created by the French Centre International de Recherche sur l'Environnement et le Développement and Ecole Nationale de la Météorologie, Météo-France. The date of publication isn't known.
All this is supposed to be a fait accompli two generations from now. Have we reached the point of no-return?
