Meet Louise Bourgoin, aka Miss Meteo. She’s France’s most popular weather forecaster, appearing daily on satellite channel Canal+. Most people who watch her aren’t in the least interested in the weather, but are eager to see how she’s dressed — and sometimes undressed.
