    Candelabra gets a LED makeover

    French designer Philippe Boulet decided it was time to bring an old tabletop relic into the new Millennium. His modern spin on the candelabra replaces the old wax-dripping candles with cylindrical LED shafts which radiate colored light.

    The low-voltage technology may save money in the end, but it will take a while before you see a return on your investment. Depending on the model, they're priced at €200/$317 to €300/$475.
