A new book, coming out today, is dedicated to the bodypart that’s behind every person on the planet. It’s called “La face cachée des fesses” (The hidden face of buttocks). It celebrates the derrière with many anecdotes, images and quotations, varying from “You like my butt?” whispered by BB in Godard’s Les Mépris to Rimbaud writing “pierced with love before the twisting of the two graceful arcs delivered to your kidneys“.
