Bedup is a French bed concept that may appeal to many people with limited living space. When you don’t need it the bed is raised to the ceiling, leaving the full floor space available as living or working area. Bedup comes in three sizes, but unfortunately at a steep price, starting at 2,390 €. Including the installation, the average price is around 3,700 €.

Having stayed in plenty of micro-mini Paris apartments I can appreciate the utility of this design.
