That’s What You Call A Man With Principles

Nice hat. But what’s under it?

He used to play tennis, now he’s a Shocked Singer: Noah lambasts Sarkozy

French weekly Le Journal du Dimanche has named [tag]Yannick Noah[/tag] ‘France’s most loved person’. In an interview, the man has nothing nice to say about [tag]Nicolas Sarkozy[/tag]. He is shocked, he says. Shocked about Sarozy’s attitude, tone, arrogance, cynicism, and his exhibition of wealth.

Noah is a man with principles, that’s for sure. Before the elections, he made the bold statement “If Sarkozy’s wins, I’m gone” (Si Sarkoy passe, moi je me casse).

So, did he leave the country when socialist candidate Segolene Royal lost?

Of course not. Noah is still here, and making more money than most of Sarkozy’s friends. In 2006 alone this Man With A Consience amassed 1.14 million euros, making him the eighth highest earning artist in the country.
