Now that all the French have returned to work and the tourists have left the country, I’m taking a short break to enjoy an empty France. With one wife, two dogs, lots of books and a tent, all packed in a little orange Land Rover, I’m off to the Atlantic coast. If all goes well Frogsmoke will be back around the 12th.
