Who created this strange anchor on the seabed? How? Why? (Drag to the right and discover a second anchor on the westside of the peninsula.)

this looks like a doctored image to me, where did you get it from?

It looks to me like there’s another unfinished line going south. Maybe the ghost of St. Exupéry? Très Étrange!!
